General Terms and Payment Conditions

• Orders are received either in writing (letter, fax, email...) or verbally. It is agreed that our terms and conditions of payment are implicitly accepted at the time the order is placed.
  
• The listed prices in general do not include packing and freight.
  
• Mailing and transport of our products takes place in principle at the risk and cost of the client.
  
• In order to exclude possible damages during delivery, it would be desirable if the buyer could pick up the model in person.
  
• If for any reason there should be a problem with the shipment (eg. damaged packing), please contact immediately the deliverer and submit a written complaint.
  
• Listed prices include value added tax (VAT).
  
• Until the payment is completed in full, the merchandise remains our property.
  
• The payment takes place in principle by advance money order/bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
  
• We cannot be held responsible for any damages to property or persons deriving from the use of our models, as we cannot supervise a proper installation and use.
  
• Place of delivery and payment is Kronach, Germany.
  
• Legal area of jurisdiction is Kronach, Germany.
